Hold onto your Nichirin Swords! Don’t get too comfortable with the “Demon Slayer - The Movie: Infinity Castle” trilogy announcement. The production team is being as mysterious as Muzan about whether this will actually wrap everything up! 🤔

Let’s do some demon-slaying math here! ✍️ “Infinity Castle” needs to tackle from Chapter 139 all the way to the finale in Chapter 205. If they’re splitting this into three movies, that’s about 22 chapters per film. Now, remember how “Mugen Train” only covered 13 chapters and was packed tighter than Zenitsu in a thunderstorm? 😅 This has some fans thinking there’s NO WAY they can wrap it all up in just three films!

Some Japanese fans are getting as anxious as Inosuke before a big fight about this! 💭 Perhaps we should all practice Total Concentration Breathing while we wait to see what ufotable has planned… 😉

🎥 I watched “Senna” on Netflix. At the time, Japan was experiencing an unprecedented F1 boom, and since Ayrton Senna drove for a team using Honda engines, he had many fans in Japan - this brought back vivid memories of that era. The footage shot using F1 car replicas was absolutely spectacular.

A promotional poster features two different Patlabor movies, one titled Patlabor EZY with a release date of 2026 and the other Patlabor: The Movie set in 1999.

🎥Tonight, I attended a revival screening of “Patlabor: The Movie” (1989). I was concerned that “nostalgia goggles” might have inflated my evaluation of the film, potentially leading to disappointment upon rewatching. However, contrary to my expectations, I found myself thoroughly enjoying it. The year 1989 was marked by significant events: the death of Emperor Hirohito, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the end of the Cold War. It was also the year Mitsubishi Estate purchased Rockefeller Center, and Nintendo released the Game Boy. Looking back, it feels like we were living in a different timeline compared to today.
